For the spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
When I first started my 40 day fast from Facebook, I was apprehensive and afraid that I wont even make it through a full day. I was right about not making it a full day but my mindset was destine to fail because I was not believing in my self and not fully trusting God to take me through this journey and for Him to get the glory each and every day of this journey and everyday after that.
